Special Education Services may include

  • Serving as an advocate for the student/family
  • Assisting the student in becoming more comfortable being an advocate for themselves with teachers and the school system
  • Communicating and coordinating with teachers regarding students needs as well as suggesting curriculum modifications
  • Case management
    • Review IEPs
    • Case file review
    • Attend IEP meetings
