I feel very lucky that I get to help students achieve more success and confidence as they build skills that will help them throughout their entire lives.  I have worked with students in elementary, middle, and high school.

This has included public and private schools, as well as a juvenile detention center.  I also taught a middle school and a high school self-contained class for students with emotional and behavioral disorders, in which I was responsible for teaching all the content (language arts, math, science, history, study skills, and social skills).

Qualifications

• M.Ed from the University of Washington
• Certificate in child and adolescent mental health
• Teaching credential
• Currently completing certificate in educational therapy
